Final Stretch

How to Teach

  • Allocate five (5) to eight (8) minutes for stretching
  • Follow the sequence of lower body, upper body, and core

Focus On

  • Lower body including hips, hamstrings, ankles, and feet
  • Upper body including shoulders, chest, upper back, neck, wrists, and hands
  • Core including gentle trunk movements

Instructor Tips

  • Hold stretches for five (5) to thirty (30) seconds
  • Focus on areas that support posture and mobility
  • Use calm and simple language to guide participants
