A new 30-minute sample class demonstrates balance drills and exercise variations to train static balance, dynamic balance and walking gait, and the sensory system. The education section that follows highlights sensory system training for visual skills. The benefits of including variations of eye exercises to improve kinesthetic awareness and proprioception are discussed.
