The SilverSneakers Yoga: Booster Pack is designed to provide choreography options that support the goals of increasing flexibility, range of motion, balance and mind-body integration following the principles of the five-segment class format.
A 45-minute yoga Master Class is provided to demonstrate functional movement patterns, equipment for progressive pose options and exercises for fall prevention. Participation in the SilverSneakers Yoga Master Class is required for completion of this training.

Integrate functional movement patterns into yoga postures appropriate for a SilverSneakers Yoga class.

Step Three: Download your course completion certificate.
