Lesson 2.5: Cool-Down

Cool-Down

The Cool-Down portion of class can be performed seated or standing. This segment provides an opportunity to slow the pace and prepare participants for the Final Stretch and Relaxation. To set the stage for deeper stretches, consider incorporating:

  • Core strengthening exercises
  • Balance poses
  • Coordination exercises and cognitive drills
  • Breathwork

Encourage participants to reduce movement intensity and slow their breathing to help transition smoothly into the Final Stretch.
