Relaxation Tips

  • Practice breathing techniques, such as belly breathing, three-part breathing or square (box) breathing to trigger relaxation response.
  • Lead your group in guided imagery or meditation techniques.
  • Practice yoga-based vinyasas (i.e., flowing movements with breathing) to promote stress reduction and relaxation.
