BOOM MUSCLE is an innovative solution to improving skill, function, and health. BOOM MUSCLE classes may be very appealing to the male participant as they focus on a variety of strength-based training techniques and movement patterns borrowed from popular sports and leisure activities for an action-packed class. MUSCLE is perfect for those who don’t feel comfortable in dance-based, choreographed classes. There is no need to be an athlete to take this class and every participant can benefit from “upping the game” – whether on the court or in life!
Class Goals
