Unit 4: Stability Leadership and Teaching Skills

Strong leadership skills are needed to lead this class. Safety is always important. Stability is a format that trains, strengthens and improves the body and mind. Instructors need to use the “mirroring” technique when teaching stability. Clear, precise cueing will provide a positive, safe experience. Guide participants to work within their own skill level and range of motion.
