The information provided in the BOOM MIND format training is an introduction to these disciplines.
You can be successful teaching a BOOM MIND class by following the principles and guidelines provided in this training module. However, we strongly recommend you continue to develop your teaching skills and knowledge by attending teacher training in mind-body exercise disciplines.
