Lesson 3.3: Master Class

This is the full Master Class, presented in the 5-segment format previously outlined.

  • Follow along with the video and guide participants through each exercise as demonstrated.
  • This class has been designed to be taught consistently across the full 12-week program, giving participants the opportunity to build strength, balance, and confidence over time. 
  • If participants are progressing and are ready for an additional challenge, encourage them to use handheld weights or increase their current weight, if appropriate.
